14 units, all similar in design and amenities, are available in three separate Bryan neighborhoods.  Each units has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with attic storage above.  Downstairs are the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room with storage, entry with coat closet, and a patio. Appliances include a self cleaning range, dishwasher, range hood, disposal, and refrigerator.

All utilities are paid by the occupant but are very low because the units feature gas heat and hot water and are built to the same efficiency standards as all Transition Builders construction.  Electricity, water, sewage, and trash pickup are provided at attractively low rates by the City of Bryan. Lawn care, snow removal of the parking areas, and exterior maintenance are handled by Transition Builders.
