The
Ridge at Greenfield is a 3L neighborhood -
Location, Location, Location. It's 13 lots are large
and priced in the 40's making this neighborhood the areas
best value. It is located in southwest Bryan and is
central to schools, churches, shopping, parks, the Senior
Center, and the
YMCA. All city services are provided including natural
gas and Bryan City Electric. It has easy access to all
major roads serving Bryan.
Several model homes are currently available for viewing and
purchase. Transition Builders is the primary builder
in The Ridge At Greenfield but other quality builders are
welcome.
Greenfield is a quality
subdivision with lovely homes not developed by Transition
Builders but adjacent to The Ridge at Greenfield. It's
restriction are higher than for The Ridge at Greenfield and
make the two neighborhoods complimentary of each other.
Maple Park Place - built out in 2007, is a neighborhood that lies
